I have over 20 years of experience as a clinical and forensic psychologist providing specific assessment and treatment in diverse settings including public health facilities, private clinics and forensic institutions. I have provided treatment to a wide range of individuals and couples, each with their own unique presenting issues, specific treatment goals and desired outcome. My aim is to provide a unique and ultimately effective and positive therapeutic experience to everyone I provide any form of intervention to.

I am a warm, curious, and open-minded psychologist. I work with a focus on collaborating with my clients to describe and identify their issues and goals. My aim is to provide an environment in which my clients feel supported and safe to explore their emotional, relational, and behavioural struggles authentically and honestly. My ability to build and maintain relationships is of utmost importance in my work helping clients move towards building a meaningful life.
I have experience working with individuals and groups across public health, private health, university-based, and research-based clinics including the Child Behaviour Research Clinic, University of Sydney and Behavioural Sciences Unit, UNSW, Sydney Children's Hospital, Kids Cancer Centre, and Basten and Associates (Westmead clinic).
I have provided assessment and treatment for a range of individuals and families, with a particular focus on adults and older adolescents. I have substantial clinical and research experience working with individuals and families managing chronic illnesses, including HIV, endometriosis, prostate cancer, and high-risk paediatric cancer. I also volunteered for many years at Lifeline as a crisis support worker before beginning my career as a psychologist.

I offer a flexible approach to clients, tailoring treatment to individual needs and goals using a range of evidence-based interventions, including most prominently Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. I am accredited to provide treatment under the NSW Work Cover Scheme.
